Refranes y frases llaneras 

1)  Ni el burro ni quien lo arrea:When a couple of lazy people get together (neither the donkey, nor who drags it)

 2)Si por allá llueve por acá no escampa : it means that problems exist everywhere, however you don't have to worry about that but look for solutions. (if it rains over there it doesn't escape)

3) No tiene padrote: That there is no competition.

4) El que se pone a ver zorro, no cría gallina : If we stop by setbacks, we do not make decisions (The 
one who starts to see fox, does not raise chicken )

5)Para que me pides jororpo si tu ni zapateas: Why do you want an opportunity if you don't take 
advantage of it? (What do you ask me for joropo music, if you don't know how to dance)

6) Cuando llueva pa’ arriba: Never (When it rains from above)

7) Morrocoy no sube palo, ni que le pongan horqueta : As much as a situation is forced, reality must be faced.( Morrocoy does not raise his stick, or put him on a fork ).

8) El que remienda no estrena: To release something must be new, if you patch something it means that it is not new and that it has already been released. (The one who patches does not release)
